CCC#31 - Rusted Enamel

Linda at Studio L3 posted the 31st challenge for Tim's book, Conpendium of Curiosities.  I wish you could see the glossy, glass like appearance of my tag.  I love this technique even though it can be tricking stamping on a very glossy surface.

Another gorgeous work of art, Carolyn! I love the beautiful colors you used for the rusted enamel The technique looks fabulous, and the stamping is great-- just enough to look cool without covering up the lovely background.

Hi Carolyn, Just wanted to leave a comment on your beautiful entry for this weeks CCC. I have to agree with you...trying to stamp on top of Rusted Enamel was difficult. I was using much smaller images, but still had trouble. Good Luck.

You should try taking a picture down on eye level with the tag, from the side--that might help show the shine. Looks great!

Love the colours, Carolyn. Sounds like fun. Is it something you pour on? The enamel look sounds great - I do love shiny.

Lovely color! Stamping over was trickey; for me it was the smudging!
