The mother board went out on my computer a week or so ago and it has been difficult to concentrate on art projects let alone keep updated on favorite blogs and my various art groups.
A new computer was in the works which meant reloading programs and trying to retrieve files. Unfortunately my list of "favorites" has disappeared and it will take me a while to find all of the links to blogs and other web sites to feel "normal" again.
I did make a card for a local stamp group but that has been the extent of my art for 2010. I'm eager to get back to fun things rather than stressing out over computer problems. When I look at the world problems,I know my concerns are tiny and count my blessings every day.
Tomorrow will be a fun day as I meet with a group of friends to create a steampunk project. With my latest computer problems, computer parts will be incorporated into my project.

Hi Carolyn! Sorry about your computer ... so frustrating. Can't wait to see your steampunk project. I love the look of it .... but explain it to me .... what is the definition of steampunk.
