Over at Mixed Media Trends, I created a background paper for the month of October that was quick and easy. I used webbing spray. TIP: When you use webbing sprays (Krylon) spray outside and hold your card at arm's length and then spray the webbing above the card and let it float down.
These are two cards that I created using the background paper. Sorry the camera left a reflection.
