It's been raining most of the day

Yesterday, I visited my doctor because my sinus infection returned with a vengence and I wanted to get it under control before it leads to something more serious. He prescribed two new medications which I promptly took after I picked them up from the pharmacy which was about 6PM.

As with all new meds, I read the side effects and thought, "I can deal with most of them which are typical for antibiotics." HOWEVER, after spending a sleepless night I reread the inserts and both had side effects regarding sleep patterns.

Needless to say I have been a basket case all day and to top it off it has been raining which can be depressing as well.

However, the sun came out for a few minutes and I got out my camera to see if I could capture one of the first rose blooms of the season. I still need more practice with PhotoShop as my cropping around the bud isn't the best but I had to share as it is beautiful and my day will end on a happy note.
