Oriental themed card with handmade beads

I am particularly fond of the new image (sequin waste) that Inka has added to her line of images. It is a very versatile image and can be used for collage, formal cards or fun projects. I used it as a background on this card. The beautiful Japanese image is from one of Inka's ephemera collage sheets.

In one of the groups I belong to, the members have been making beads using fabric, feathers and other products. I had a piece of colorful mylar type paper and rolled it into a bead, wrapped it in fine gold thread, added clear EP and voila...two beads.
