Hilda, there are numerous ways to close a little packet. Once you have enclosed it in the folder, you could simply use velco on the flaps. You could insert eyelets and close with ribbon or fiber. If you are going to attach the packet folder to a card, run ribbon underneath the packet before you glue it to the card and then bring it around and tie the packet closed.
